HMS Staff
Teri Johnson
Teri is the owner of Home Maintenance Specialists and has been involved in the building industry for close to thirty years as the wife of a builder. During that time she has done office work for her husband, observed the ins and outs of the industry and received her Minnesota builder's license. Teri does the scheduling and bookwork for HMS along with the bookwork for their remodeling company, J Brothers' Home Improvements.
Chuck Johnson
Chuck is Teri's husband and does the sales and estimating. He has been involved in the building industry for over thirty years. He also operates a remodeling company,
J Brothers Home Improvements, with his wife, Teri. Home Maintenance Specialists was actually Chuck's idea. He had seen the need for a long time as he worked in the new home building industry.
Al Stanley
Al has always enjoyed fixing things so it was perfectly natural that right out of high school he worked as a handyman. He then moved onto working as a painter with a painting company for several years. Before becoming employed by HMS, he worked for a new home builder in set-up--detailing homes to prepare them for occupancy and also did the service work after the homes were occupied. Little Al and James keep Al and Toni occupied after work hours.
Trent Johnson
Trent is Chuck and Teri's oldest son. He has been involved in the building industry since he was old enough to hold a hammer! After high school he entered the Marines and then returned home to Minnesota to work with his dad in the home building industry. In his free time, Trent and his wife Trisha are busy with their two little boys, Torii and Chase.
MitchJohnson
Mitch is Teri and Chuck's youngest son. Mitch is beginning his freshman year at Augsburg College and completed his first full time summer of working. In the past, his schedule only allowed him to work part time. He has discovered that he likes the building industry and is planning on earning a business degree. He stays very busy playing baseball, golf, and hanging out with friends.
Jake Perreault
Jake is the newest member of the team. He is beginning his freshman year at the University of Minnesota-IT. He just completed his first summer of working full time. The building industry has been very appealing to him. Outside of work he likes to play sports and hang out with friends.
Jenny Dieley
Jenny has attended NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) MN Chapter meetings and has completed Susi Peterson's (Owner of S.O.S for Mess Distress) Developing your Career as a Professional Organizer Course. Jenny is a University of Michigan graduate and organizes closets, cupboards, basements, garages, kitchens, home offices and any household room with clutter!
